Room was great, beds were firm and comfortable. Parking worked surprisingly smoothly, with access directly from the parking garage to the hotel lobby by elevator.

We enjoyed Monk's for dinner on Friday night. Overall, the property is just really clean and classy, and the location cannot be beat. Staff were friendly, amenities were appreciated! (We enjoyed being able to get a little tub of ice cream and a half-bottle of wine from the snack bar next to the front desk!)

Room had a friendly arrangement - a long couch under the window! - bathroom was well stocked, shampoo and conditioner had labels that do not require glasses to read. Overall very comfortable and well organized.

We have stayed at this hotel for many trips on the way to Toronto, but unfortunately we won't anymore because we have a new dog and they charge a non-refundable $100-$150 dollar pet fee. More than we would like to pay and our dog is definitely going to join us. Too bad. Oh well.

The hotel is great, super confortable room, quiet, everything like new. The restaurant is fantastic and the lobby bar, super cool staff in the restaurant, location is fantastic. The girl in the valet was super helpful.

Staff was great and location was perfect. The bar/lounge area was great! We needed a very early check out and valet service accommodated our request.

Location was very convenient. It was in the middle of downtown where all the restaurants and shops are. And also very close from Cornell campus.

Location is very convenient at the Ithaca Commons, and 10 or 100m from two different bus stops serving the Cornell campus. Given limited quality dining options at CollegeTown, the Commons is a good alternative as its within walking distance to a number of dining places.
